Coming soon ... my-much-better-than-Sheilas-free 1000-a-month-for-all-if-I-get-elected-idea.......idea, as soon as I get a better handle here on a whimsical original new idea......

Transferable Federal health savings accounts*** to less healthy people, from healthier one's meeting health goals by going to the gym (gyms can earn money by administering their members fitness profile and account) ....or enrollees  doing fitness at home and showing proof thereof.....getting physicals attesting to donor's health fitness....transferred to either medically high-risk individuals (who spmetimes don't have luxury of becoming physically fit)paying an extra premium for their "adverse selection" profile by private insurance companies they have policies with... or fit donors passing along to their private sector group health insurance  plans that insure their co-workers. Immediate credits to had for already perfectly fit individuals to pass along to their "brothers' " and "sisters' "....a work in progress.....
